I Love having my contacts mailed to me
I Love having my contacts mailed to me. The only problem I have is the website is not user friendly. It is hard to contact someone. I also cannot find where to change my RX on the site.

DUDA SUSCRIPCIÓN
Tengo una duda con pecto a las lentillas de prueba, si las pido hoy, j¿hasta cuando podría cancelar la suscripción? porque si no me van bien las de prueba como voy a comprar mas lentillas?? gracias

Hola! Muchas gracias por dejarnos tu comentario. Tu siguiente pedido se genera automáticamente 16 días tras el pedido de prueba (puesto que la caja de prueba contiene solo 15 pares). La subscripción la puedes cancelar en cualquier momento. De todos modos, en tu área personal puedes saltar los siguientes pedidos, cambiar la frecuencia en la que los recibes o modificar la fecha de cobro para que se adapte a tus necesidades. Ordered lenses for my partner but they…
Ordered lenses for my partner but they do not agree with him and I cannot cancel. Money keeps going off and the only way is to cancel my card!! Please cancel our subscription!

Great Product, Surprisingly poor communication/ CS
My Rx had changed and I emailed Hubble to stop future shipments, they kept coming. I refused 4 boxes in total and was refused a refund. Up until COVID hit, Hubble was always a great company to deal with. Especially since I was laid off, the $160+ could have helped tremendously. But no refund was offered. Too bad.

Keine Ware kein Ersatz
Am 2.1. bestellt und heute am 13.1. immernoch keine Ware. Mir wurde eine erneute Lieferung versprochen, falls es bis heute nicht kommt und jetzt wollen sie mich wieder hinhalten. Finger weg von der Firma!!!
