A very good experience
I had an issue changing my prescription but customer service got back to me asap and got my info changed and being able to skip months of delivery is definitely a life saver. Other than the inability to change my account info I had experienced, everything else has been great, the customer service especially.

Hi, A, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! So happy to hear that our team has been helpful along the way. I am so sorry if you only have limited access in updating your account especially when updating prescription due to our security purposes that you need to either email us or call us to update it as we need to validate pieces of information to your doctor. Any queries or assistance, feel free to email [email protected] and we are more than happy to help. Best, Cristy

The subscription auto renewed itself 3 times and it went to old house, taking $120 out of my bank account. I would like to return these three packages as the quality is horrible and my eyes are sensitive. they are not opened yet still in the box.

Can't get a trial, no hope for a subscription
Twice I've ordered a trial set some time apart, and on neither occasion did they turn up. If Hubble can't get a trial set to delivered, what hope is there for a subscription? Two separate occasions, some time apart, at two different addresses. On the latter I was provided with a shipment tracking code that didn't work, and when I called up to cancel the subscription payment they attempted to take and advise I hadn't even had my trial set, they offered to delay the subscription payment. I declined the offer and just as well, I might have considered if they turned up the second time but it would appear despite being told they had been despatched, this wasn't the case. At both addresses the postman is known well and all other deliveries have made it no issues! Avoid

The contacts dry out so easily and leave my eyes itching. I tried to cancel my subscription and was informed I wasn’t able to email to cancel I had to call in. Yet they make it nearly impossible to find a contact number!!
