Hi Kat, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m sorry to hear about your experience with our subscription service and lenses. I completely understand that it isn't for everyone. Hubble is a subscription service. We make this information available on our website and during the sign-up process but sometimes people miss it. We work hard to make this information transparent and truly apologize if anything wasn’t clear to you! Rest assured that your subscription is cancelled since January 24. If there’s anything else I can do for you today, please let me know at [email protected]. I’m here to help. All the best, Roxanne

I really like how durable the Hubble daily’s are. I’ve fell asleep a few times with them in a wake up with no dry eye.

I cancelled my subscription with Hubble over a month ago and and they charged my account again. I emailed customer service and they refused to return my money. I did not even need the contacts or want them. They reused to acknowledge that I had emails proving I canceled my account and said they no record. Be careful and do not set up automatic payments with them. They are very unprofessional customer service and rude.
