Contact lens not great quality and…
Contact lens not great quality and trying to cancel is a right pain should have to contact to do this wouldn't try again.

I have to say I’m really surprised I…
I have to say I’m really surprised I didn’t trust it was very hard to believe that anything at a price of a dollar would be worth the best of the highest quality but yes , I was wrong … they work so amazingly! I can see again! And I feel scared at night becuase my vision is so bad but these contacts are giving me the decision on trusting these to help me out at night to I’m going to hope they work too! Thank you!

Ich habe jetzt knapp über 1 Jahr Hubble Linsen getragen und bin vor einem Monat wieder umgestiegen. Pro: - Lieferung klappt unkompliziert - Handhabung ok (nach einer Eingewöhnungsphase) Contra: - Linsen relativ billig, mit Abstand am schlechtesten von allen getesteten Linsen - Linsen reißen selbst in geübten Händen ab und zu - Man erkennt nicht, ob die Linse verdreht ist - Trockene Augen garantiert ab 6h Tragezeit - Telefonischer Support unhöflich und unprofessionell - Telefonische Erreichbarkeit quasi nicht vorhanden - Kündigung nur sehr schwer möglich Zum Abschluss ein Zitat: "[...] mit dem starkem Direct-to-Consumer-Marketing, das Hubble als preiswert und futuristisch bezeichnet, werden die Patienten nicht davon erfahren, dass die Linse fast 30 Jahre alte Technologie zu einem höheren Preis als ihre Konkurrenten ist [...]" Quelle: eyebizz.de Nie wieder Hubble!

Cuidado con la caja de prueba es mentira
Cuidado con la caja de prueba, MUCHO OJO TE COBRAN EL SIGUIENTE MES ANTES DE TIEMPO: una vez te llega al dia siguiente te cargan en la cuenta los 30€ incluso habiendo cancelado la suscripcion con antelacion, y confirmacion recibida te cargan los 30€ y luego tienes que luchar bastante para que te lo devuelvan, yo hice una reclamación en consumo ya que aun estaba dentro de los 16 días de desistimiento que indica la ley, he recuperado el dinero facilmente, a una mala hablad con el banco y devolveis el recibo que no os engañen.

Hola! Muchas gracias por tu comentario y por tu tiempo dejando tu mensaje, aunque desafortunadamente la información que relatas sobre cómo funcionan nuestros servicios no es cierta. En cualquier caso, sentimos mucho saber de tu experiencia :( Hubble Contacts es un servicio de suscripción que se renueva automáticamente tras el pedido de prueba si no decides cancelarlo antes. Tu primer pedido después de la caja de prueba se cobra y envía 16 días después (puesto que la caja de prueba son solo 15 pares) y a partir de ahí, por defecto se envían las lentillas cada mes, a no ser que decidas modificarlo. Toda esta información se encuentra reflejada en el momento en que realizas el pedido de prueba, en el email de confirmación de tu pedido y en el interior de tu caja de prueba. Si has recibido tu cobro en un tiempo distinto a este es posible que tengas más de una cuenta registrada con nosotros. Por favor, escríbenos a [email protected] y estaremos encantados de poder ayudarte a solucionar tu problema :)

I love this service
I love this service. It’s fantastic. It always saves me when I’m running low or out of contacts completely and the quality of these contacts is great. Would definitely recommend!
