At first I found the contacts really uncomfotable, but after a week I got used to them. However, my current order is taking longer than the Probe-Box and I cannot find an option to track my order.

Hola! No he recibido el pedido..debido a que vivo en Gran Canaria y la empresa de logística me ha pedido 6.95€ para que me entregaran el pedido. Y claramente no he aceptado. Me parece una tomadura de pelo,no una oferta prueba lentillas!

Ich mag die weichen Kontaktlinsen Bin sehr Zufrieden mit den Linsen und dem Service , dass man nur bestellen muss wenn man sie auch wirklich benötigt. Es gibt Monate da benutze ich mehr Linsen und Monate da brauche ich keine Einzige. Hier ist es nicht Verpflichtend andauernd zu bestellen obwohl man keine benötigt, dass schätze ich sehr.

Hola Eduardo, Muchas gracias por compartir tu experiencia con nosotros. Existen diversos materiales para la fabricación de lentillas y diferentes tamaños y diámetros. Por lo que nos escribes, entendemos que los nuestros no son lo que tus ojos necesitan. Cada ojo es un mundo por lo que es imposible que nuestras lentillas funcionen bien para todos nuestros clientes, y por lo que comentas desafortunadamente no disponemos de la graduación que necesitas. Te recomendamos consultar con tu especialista los parámetros que tus ojos necesitan para este tipo de producto para evitar cualquier tipo de incomodidad :)
