Only one thing
I have loved the subscription way of contacts! The ONLY thing I don’t like about these contacts is the container they come in. It’s harder to separate than most other brands and the shape makes it hard to get my finger in to grab the contact, especially with longer nails. These contacts are super comfortable and you always have a new pair ready.

Helped with refund
UPDATED: Need to make it much more clear that it’s a AUTOMATIC subscription service after first free paid & should ask before starting an automatic subscription or advertise the option to cancel before charged for something a customer may not continually want. But customer service did help me get a refund when I was charged after I thought my service was already cancelled but you loose a 7$ fee for reshelving but refund was received. Just way too much work for what it’s worth, just make it more clear it’s an automatic subscription!

THE BEST CONTACTS
AFTER YEARS OF BATTLING CONTACTS BECAUSE I HAVE DRY EYE I HAVE FOUND THE SOLUTION. THESE CONTACTS ARE THE BEST. EASY TO GET IN AND OUT. THEY WEAR SO COMFORTABLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT.

Hubble's customer service is very responsive!
Hubble's customer service is very attentive to my needs. they respond quickly and always answer any question I may have. Definitely 5 stars, 10 stars if I could rate them higher!

Contacts maintained moisture for more…
Contacts maintained moisture for more than 12 hours however my left contact kept unfocusing due to not fitting correctly.

They will not cancel my subscription…
They will not cancel my subscription without me calling them. They will do it over email if you live in California, but not otherwise. Huge inconvenience.

The packaging and website are gorgeous
The packaging and website are gorgeous. The product is okay. When I wore my first pair all day, they were dry in a few hours and by nighttime they stuck to my eyeball. They were a bit painful to remove. Now I just wear the rest of my trial pack once in a while only when I know I won't have to keep them in long.
