I had the exact same ordered canceled on the day it was supposed to be delivered on each occasion. I ordered a Cricut Cuttlebug Mint version 3 on March 9th, 15th & 21st. When the orders canceled I didn't receive an email stating the cancelations. I merely checked my order status to try to track my pkg but instead of showing a location, it said canceled. On my 4th order of this product I checked my order status on delivery day & it said processing. It hadn't even been shipped! So I called & ask when I'd have it they said this past Friday, but by this point I was beyond perturbed. So I asked to be upgraded to the Anna Griffin Gold pkg (it was $10 more. I also asked that they upgrade my shipping. So with this new order I was supposed to receive it on last Friday, well that's what they said. I didn't get anything from HSN on Friday. So my curious side gave them an extra business day so I checked my order status early this morning & it said processing. 2 hours later the order that I was guaranteed on Friday but I gave them until today was CANCELED yet again. I called customer service, as I've done each time this has happened. The rep said she sees the cancels but she couldn't accommodate my requests yo have shipping upgraded again, nor would the free upgrade from the previous order upgrade be honored. So at this point I'm livid but I'm in the Dr office with my sick 6 year old. So she got hung up on. Once I was headed home, I called HSN again to speak with customer service. She saw the cancels but non of the reps I spoke to noted my account siding why. Once she investigated she placed the order AGAIN, the money came out of my account immediately & I'm supposed to get it on this Wednesday. If I don't there's gonna be fire in the city. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HSN AGAIN!!!!!!!! Update: They withdrew the money out of my account & shortly after I published the 1st portion of this review my order was canceled, they say it'll be refunded at Midnight,but they'd be happy to reprocess the order 😡 .....Long story short, I called ®Cricut

I made a purchase from hsn and then changed my mind. I called and the service rep told me it wasn't too late to cancel the item. He said to wait 24 hours and I would be able to see where it go cancelled. It showed cancelled and a refund for the first installment they processed through paypal. I checked my paypal account and there was no refund made by hsn. I called hsn and was told it was refunded to give it a couple of days. I called paypal and they said once a refund is issued it automatically shows up on paypal. So I called hsn again the next day, this time they told me that the refund was revoked. The rep spoke to a supervisor and she didn't know why it was revoked. Supposedly they issued another refund that has yet to be refunded into my paypal account. I had to open a claim against them through paypal. They were given 10 days to respond the paypal which they didn't but yet processed a second payment through paypal. Paypal issued a refund to me for the first payment and we have opened up another case against them for the 2nd payment. I called HSN Again and I still get told they have processed a refund and it will show up in a couple of days, which it has been a lie again. Please stay away from this shopping network. QVC 's customer is so much better and they stand behind what they say. I will never shop through HSN ever again. Buyer beware!!!!!

The jewelry was shipped fast and although it was smaller than I thought, it was nice. very helpful with the ordering process and friendly people ont he phone.

I enjoy watching all the products offered by this company which is a great variety. Their payment plan allows persons to purchase many items at a great price. They are secure and the return policy is great. There is always something different on TV as well as their website.

A friend and I have made several electronic purchases from HSN including a cell phone and a Polaroid 9" tablet. I believe both were refurbished, second quality or returned products. The cell phone had scratches on the outer casing and the tablet WiFi receiver went dead after 8 months of use. The Polaroid tablet was particularly vexing. I sent the original back to the manufacturer for a replacement TWICE, both times I received refurbished unoperable tablets. This took over two months and now I am stuck with a third tablet that would not even power on. I believe HSN sells second quality electronic products, some of which are either customer returns, refurbished units (not properly tested before resale) or reworked factory mistakes. HSN's customer support is poor, they do not stand behind the products they sell. I called to get some resolution or support within the manufacture's warranty time limit from HSN as I received no resolution of my problem. HSN essentially said it was my problem now. DO NOT believe they are a quality retailer. All the happy talk and high production TV sales presentations are essentially hype to sell second rate electronic products.

I have been with HSN, for a VERY LONG time.I started shopping with QVC,first, but to me, HSN has the BEST overall products,verses QVC, and HSN is CHEAPER than QVC on MOST of their products, and they carry far BETTER products than QVC. I do ALL of my SHOPPING, now,at HSN, and have NOT used QVC in such a VERY LONG time, and you just can NOT beat their CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks HSN!!!

i am very pleased with the hair skin nails capsules i got from simple supplement i just got believe how my hair as gone after 2 months of taking them i am on my second lot now i am well happy i went for a trim the other day and the hair dresser ask we what i was doing and told her she said your hair is in really good condition plus i eat 5 day fruit as well so i am getting all the vitamins i need to i did try Philip Kingsley hair capsules for about six months and what a waste of time they was quiet expensive to 25 pound so simple supplements capsules knock spots of them i am well happy with this web site very friendly staff and even get free supplements to try cant be bad i really do recommend this company give it a try for your self also what i like about this you can have auto despatch to thanks again simple supplements mrs johnson

I ordered a tablet for my wife for Christmas. After receiving it and she opened her present she found that the item was scratched and obviously used. We contacted customer support and they offered to replace it. We sent it back and received the replacement about two weeks later. Turns out the replacement while it wasn't previously used was not as described, the unit was slow and nearly inoperable my wife hated it. Again we called customer service and they offered to refund it as long as we paid for shipping back. We shipped it back and they've now had it since February 9th. I called them a week later to verify that they received it and will refund as promised. The customer service rep informed me that they have refunded it already on Friday to my PayPal account. I thanked them and signed into to check my paypal account. No refund. I then waited another week before contacting HSN. They said that it should have been refunded and will look into it promptly and I should receive my refund within a few days. Since then I have spoken with a supervisor who also said he would look into it and see that it was refunded promptly. Another week has passed and I had to open up a claim against them through PayPal. This is the worst customer service experience ever. As a result I will never buy from HSN again.
