Hsl ChairsReviews of hsl.chairs.com

Excellent service from the Poole store! I was also really impressed by how easy the website was to navigate and how clearly everything was presented. A special thank you to Mary and her colleagues, who were so welcoming, friendly and informative when helping my mum and me choose our chair. Their knowledge and advice made such a difference and made the whole experience a pleasure. We chose a custom fabric for our armchair, and it is absolutely gorgeous! The two delivery team members were also exceptionally friendly and lovely. From start to finish, everything was flawless. Thank you, HSL, for such a wonderful experience and for making us feel so well looked after. I would highly recommend you!

Joanne at the Winwick Road store was very helpful and attentive, but not pushy. She let us make the right decision and has helped aid in the recovery of my mother after her stroke by providing great information about what we were looking to purchase. Thanks Joanne!

The chair is not fit for purpose my mum is 88 with vertebrae fractures. The chair can only be bolt upright or lay all the way back like a bed. Yes its single motor but we were not made aware that there was no stopping it going all the way back My mum is suffering worse back pain than before. For just over a 1000 pounds this is daylight robbery off a poorly elderly lady. I hope they eill do the decent thing and come and take this very expensive chair away and fully refund my mum but she is having a lot of trouble with HSL as they insist we were made awate, but I was with my mum and we definitely were not. Avoid like the plague

I bought my recliner chair at the Preston store and seen by Jodie, who was very professional, and dealt with my wants and needs. There was absolutely no pressure at all and I spent ages trying different models. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend them. Francis.

HSL Failure not in their Shop system but with their product repair contractors. Castelan. Initially fair but when something goes wrong, disabled person become third class. They forget that their contract is with HSL and not the customer and as a combined business there is no distinction between something required or urgent (emergency). In my case, trapped in a sofa with a control unit that has difficulty working (design fault). I Informed them exactly what was needed and they sent boxes for a so called engineer who didn't even try a pre diagnosis of the problem by asking the user. I actually ended up telling him what was wrong and what was needed to repair it. If I dont get the matter resolved tomorrow then I am taking the matter further. I have been waiting weeks. For an organisation that provides for disabled users they must totally employ able persons only who dont act accordingly I have put a letter to the outlet I purchased sofas

the staff at your Milton Keynes site on Stacey Bushes are to be commended for their attention to customer service and care. Lynda was our Comfort Specialist today was extremely helpful and saw to all our requirements. All in all a really good experience. Thank you HSL customer service is not dead after all.

Jackie and Mike ( NUL) came to see me yesterday to show me your range of Chairs. They were absolutely lovely. They never pushed me into buying; they just explained the different chairs and the workings to me and did not rush me at all. I bought a lovely chair, and their visit cheered me up so much.

attention to detail and excellent and service
