UPDATE One year after my first review! when I reported problems with my chair. After numerous phone calls! different people every time you call! who will always pass your problem to someone else! four visits from a technician! after several deliveries of spare parts that come from Norway!!! I am now left with a chair that knocks every time I move….. and silence from HSL! Just hope that you don’t get a rogue chair. DJ

The experience in the shop was good, but HSL delivery policy is nuts! I could not accept the first date they proposed so I expected a call back to give another option, but no, they have to wait until you have passed the first date before they can offer another date!!! If i cannot accept the second date I guess I will have to wait another 10 days. Thats no way to run a delivery service
