It was pretty good

I purchased a floor plan last Wednesday and haven’t received anything so I requested a cancellation and refund, still no answer!

Michelle was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Quick personalized response and easy process to follow. The team was wonderful at being both personable and professional and answering all our questions.

Your product very fine. Your website very easy and professional

This is a good way to take your time and find a plan that fits your needs. Many will say you don't know what your'e doing and you shouldn't venture into the unknown. They will say you need a professional designer to walk you step by step through a process to arrive at your dream house. Well, that's true for some, but not for me. This will be my third house built in this manner, so I know the shortcomings and potential pitfalls, and yet I prefer it. But you must be prepared to hire local professionals (structural engineer, HVAC designer, civil engineer and/or surveyor, etc) in order to get your plans approved by the local jurisdiction.

Good price and fast delivery

Geoff LeGallais was very helpful in my purchase …would highly recommend
