Hi Mike, we’re glad to hear your experience has been transparent overall! We understand that the DocuSign portion can be a little unclear, and we appreciate you pointing that out. If you’re ever unsure whether a document was completed or returned correctly, our team is happy to help confirm it for you. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback!

Hi Curtis, we understand your concern and appreciate the feedback. We agree that knowing the terms and requirements is important, especially when you’re working with a builder and deciding which option is best for your project. The agreement outlines the permitted use of the plans and the requirements associated with the purchase, and we’re always happy to answer questions about those terms before you move forward. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us look for ways to make the purchasing process clearer for our customers. Wishing you the best with your project!

Hi Chuck — we're sorry to hear your plans haven't arrived yet. We checked your order and show that your plans were shipped on June 29 directly from the designer. If you haven't received them, it's possible there was a delay in transit or maybe in your spam folder. Please reach out to our support team if you still don't have them, and we'll be happy to look into the shipment and help get this resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hi Wendi — thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the confusion. While plans can be reversed, material lists are generated separately and are not available in a reversed format. We understand this may not have been clear during the ordering process and apologize for any disappointment this caused. If you have questions about your material list or need assistance interpreting it alongside your reversed plans, our team would be happy to help.

Thank you for your feedback Mark. We appreciate you sharing your experience and understand how important it is to be able to ask specific questions before moving forward with a plan purchase. Our team is always happy to help answer questions about plans, features, and potential modifications, and we’re sorry if that wasn’t clear or easily accessible during your process. We’re continuously looking for ways to improve communication and the overall experience. If you still have questions or would like to discuss changes, please feel free to reach out to our team — we’d be glad to help.

Hi Jacob, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, converting a stick-framed house to ICF can be a complex endeavor. Our designers and draftsmen take every care to make sure the updates are made throughout the plan. Engineering can also add up, though it is necessary in some areas. Your plan advisor has reached out again to talk through the proposed changes.

Hi there, we double checked with the designer and the plans are indeed with 6" walls (the 4" callouts are just standard sections). We reached out to you to let you know. (We can see why you were confused, though!) Thanks for letting us know and all the best with your build.
