Hi Douglas — we’re sorry for any confusion. We did attempt to reach you by phone and left a voicemail with instructions for accessing your plan. Your plan file is available through the Hightail portal. You’ll need to log in using the access code that was given to you along with your plans. Download the plan file. Once downloaded, you’ll be able to save it and send the file directly to your builder. If you have any trouble accessing or downloading the file, please reach back out to our customer service team and we’ll be happy to help. We want to make sure you’re able to access the plans you purchased.

Hi Tony — we're sorry to hear you're having trouble locating your plans. We do show that your PDF plans were emailed on July 2. If you haven't received them, please check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes automated emails can be filtered there. It's also possible that your email provider is blocking the message. If you still can't find it, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to resend your plans right away. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We’re very sorry the modification portion of your project did not meet your expectations. To clarify, modifications through our platform are handled through a separate drafting service that specializes in managing revision requests and coordinating updates to plans. Pricing and turnaround times can vary depending on the scope of changes requested. We also understand your disappointment regarding the modification agreement and timing. Once work has been scheduled and processing has begun, those agreements are typically non-refundable based on the terms accepted at purchase. We are looking into this matter and appreciate the feedback.

These are the full construction drawings typically used for building, but we understand there may have been a mismatch in expectations. The order selected was for a PDF set; printed copy sets are available as an option at checkout. You can also take the PDF to a local print shop to have physical copies made. Hard copies are available as an option, but they do need to be selected at the time of purchase.
