Sooooo Great! Dominque Foster Was very helpful and knowledgeable about this process. She kept up with me during this process and when I finally got ready to purchase she answered the call and hade record of all of our interactions. I did choose another plan, but the fact that she had that trail of communication meant everything for us we felt like a customer, and not just rushed through a process. I would shop here again and again if I wasn't building our forever home. But I highly recommend there services,

I give it only 1 star because the plans are from 2005 and I saw this only after I purchase them. I wouldn't buy them if I knew this. I wanted to give them back and get a refund because now I have to pay extra for having them updated from 20 years ago. But I can't do this because is not refundable.

told the plans would be in 2-3 business days it's been a week and I still do not have them...apparently my adviser is on medical leave...I have the builder chewing on my butt looking for these plans holding up teams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
