I paid for the House plans to have 6”…
I paid for the House plans to have 6” exterior walls got the one with 4” email the problem nobody has gotten back yet

I bought a garage plan and I submitted…
I bought a garage plan and I submitted it to the county and they rejected it because it didn't have any sizes on the footers or anything structural. It did not have the basic wall section view. I questioned the architect. He said that's something an Engineer needs to do. I asked him for a wall section, but now he does not answer my emails I asked for my money back, but I got no response. Careful what you buy some of these plans are lacking minimum level of completeness.

Hi there, and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We left you a message and also checked with the designer, who shared with us the design and showed that it does have a couple of sections. The structural question is a common one with stock plans. Because each place has its own requirements, often including engineering, it’s just not possible or practical for already-drawn plans to cover every situation. It’s still a great deal to buy a stock plan and have it engineered locally, compared with starting from scratch. That said, we want to make sure that you’re happy. Please return our call when you can so that we can touch base.
