I paid over $1,500.00 and have received…
I paid over $1,500.00 and have received NOTHING! Seems to me that if they have other agreements they want signed it should be done at the time of sale. I'm very unhappy.

Hi Jesse — we’re very sorry to hear this and completely understand your frustration. This is not the experience we want for our customers. In some cases, additional agreements may be required before plans can be released, but this should always be communicated clearly. I see you placed your order on Friday and we expect it will be delivered today, Monday which would the normal 1-2 business days. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please reach out to our support team so we can look into this right away and get it resolved for you as quickly as possible.
