Would give zero stars if I could. Water made me sick and no return policy. Terrible customer service. Copper is DANGEROUS to your health people. Beware.

I would’ve ZERO stars if I could - it’s a SCAM!!! Won’t crappy return item unless it’s unused in pristine condition with a $25 restocking fee!! Let my mistake keep you from making your own. Horrible quality! Horrible company!

It took 30 days or more to get here but it arrived in perfect shape. Too early to tell if it will affect inflammation.

I ordered the 3 Cooper bottles with 3 cups. They arrived well packed and in perfect condition. So far I am loving them and looking forward to see if blood work shows a difference.

I absolutely love my copper bottle. I ordered the two pack, but had only used one. The other day I grabbed the second bottle for my son to use. It has a tiny pinhole near the bottom. The bottle was unused from time of delivery. It had been sitting in a basket on the counter since I had received it. It was never used or dropped - this is clearly a manufacturing defect, and should be replaced. Naturally, I reached out to support. “ Dr Elizabeth Murray” replied that they could not replace it because: “ Since the order was delivered in January, the return/replacement window has now closed under our policy timeframe.” The flaw was discovered exactly 4 days past the 30 day guarantee. FOUR days. 96 hours. Not days. Hours. This is certainly not the service I would expect from an esteemed company such as HOA. Unfortunately, this lack of customer service and ethics means I will not be ordering from HOA again, despite “Dr. Murray’ thanking me for “my continued support.” Great product. Not so great customer service. Being a small business owner myself, if a customer, first time or not, has an issue with a product, I replace or refund them. No questions asked, no return needed. If a tiny little soap maker like me can give such service to their customers, what’s your excuse? Copper water bottle - 5 stars. Customer service - minus 4.

I purchased three, one for myself and one for each of my daughters. The reviews from the girls are nothing but positive.
