I received the copper bottle and mug after waiting over 5 weeks for delivery from India. Per their instructions, I recorded a video while opening the package. Upon inspection, I found that the inside of the bottle contained thick black lines/spots and disgusting fuzz growing inside the bottle. The condition of the bottle was unacceptable and unsanitary. I emailed the company on Oct 14, Oct 16, and Oct 18 requesting a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label so I could return the defective item. They do not have a phone number listed. Unfortunately, I have not received a response to any of my emails. Please do not purchase from this company. My experience has been the opposite of their good ratings, and I’m thinking they are false good reviews.

Knowing that their product is what they say it is. Communication is efficient and respond to inquiries as needed. It’s important to have patience as these products are hand made. I also appreciate instructions re health.

Not forthcoming about shipping time frame and about possible adverse affects of using your product EXACTLY the way the directions indicate. Had to stop using mine one week after it arrived. What a waste.

Tried to cancel right away. I ordered it by mistake. They offered a 20% discount. First, they sent a message about monsoon-related delays. Then, after I emailed them, they said it had started the shipping process and to disregard the monsoon message, but the best they could do was a 20% discount. Then they responded to this post, stating they emailed me to resolve the situation, but it was to confirm the 20% discount and ask for a better review. I provided a more positive rating. I will receive the order 8-12 days after it is shipped. I ordered it 5 days ago.

The bottle exceeded my expectations, the heft was pleasant. My only maybe problem is that when tightening or loosening you can feel the cap like it wants to cross thread as a typical threaded bolt, Is polishing the copper going to help that issue?

Well, it’s fast delivery. I haven’t had a chance to rate it yet because I’ve only been using it for five days. I need a some more time. The other ones, were all gifts.

I just received my copper cup a few days ago, and I'm drinking water from it daily. Water tastes better, for sure.

I received the two bottles that I purchased. I followed the instructions in the video to clean one of the bottles. I then filled it with water, put the lid on and put it on the counter. The next day I drink it. It tasted very much like copper. I did the same thing the next night again still tasted very much like copper so I returned them both. I was then instructed to let you know when your warehouse received it. I find that very odd that you expect the consumer to know that your warehouse received it back before your warehouse does.
