Very easy onboarding process!
Very easy onboarding process. I like the fact that the leads are EXCLUSIVE and the referral fees are not as high as some other lead providers out there. Can’t wait to start converting some of these!

Real, Do-able and oh so easy to get started in and on this program. The tools, support and expertise is incredible. For years, I have paid for leads, that did nothing but charge my credit card and never really amounted to any new business. Better than I understood when signing up!
While the initial customer service representative didn’t explain in a lot of detail what I was buying into, I am really impressed with them and the program so far.
I’m a poorly motivated past superstar. Huh? I’m in my 40th year of real estate with a total sales volume of just over $695 million dollars in residential sales. I was top of the pile and worked my butt off to get there, before computers, assistants, etc. I taught for NAR’s GRI and CRS program. I owned a Sotheby’s; I survived the big ugly real estate dive of 07-08 and am still schlepping along. BUT we moved to Florida from outside of DC. We entered a completely different socio-economic community and even stopped volunteering after 32 years of parttime activity. We had established two charities. The wind in our sails stayed back in Annapolis.
Tonight, I’m sitting in anticipation of, yet another hurricane hit. (Last one – Hurricane Ian, 11 months ago, caused us over $200k in repairs, yet to be paid by insurance)
I’ve lost the “umph” to go out and socialize with people who know 12 other agents and I stopped my advertising.
This has me energized! I just hope that I have power and internet tomorrow so I can build on all of this. I am excited. If you were to ask them about me, you’d hear them say he was old and tired and happy to just rest on the front porch. But, Matt’s videos and the AI, website, promotional work makes me pumped. (Can an old dude still say that?!)
