I have been looking for a platform and partnership like this for years. I am so excited to start implementing these strategies and utilize my skills in a new way. Thank you and I look forward to many years of success.

I was apprehensive about the program at first. After my account manager explained all of the benefits I decided to go for it. Once inside the platform, the training has been great. Looking forward to closing my first deal.

I have been using other online lead gen services that have minimal training. HouseJet has the type of investment in their agent partners that I have been looking for. I have only just completed the fast start and I can already tell that this will be great for my business! I look forward to being a top producer in my brokerage with the tools provided here.

Do NOT give these people money. 4 months in I have had maybe 12 "so called leads" and ALL of them are unresponsive. Their onboarding pushed me back several times as well then just dropped me altogether. I also researched many of the good review agents and almost all of them haven't had one sale in the past 12 months. So, that tells me that the good reviews are fake OR those agents are new and don't know what good leads are. 22 years in the biz and this is tied with the worst lead generation services I have tried. Take a que from my experience and do NOT give them money. Odds are you won't see the return on investment based in my experience. My advice is that you are better spending that money on advertising to your spere of influence especially past clients.

Hello Casey, it looks like you have gone inactive multiple times and are still currently. This means when you don't follow up with your current leads we've provided we turn your marketing off until you follow up with them. We have many happy clients closing deals every month with our leads. I would also like to note we are not just a lead gen platform as this is only a small part of what we provide. We have extensive training on how to scale your business to 1 million a year from someone who has already done it, we provide training from coaches, private community access, award-winning CRM, tools for your own personal marketing, and scripts that you can apply across your business, we also provide our agents with exclusive leads and not shared with anyone else. We always love to work with our agents to find a solution that can work for both of us, we also encourage you to follow up with your current leads so your marketing can be on and you receive many more leads from us.

So far I am excited to see something that isn’t just smoke and mirrors and a true broke agnostic platform that is designed to help agents as a whole convert more leads into clients.

House Jet / Market Maker Pay per closing is an absolute scam. Nearly 10 year Realtor here. Promised 8-12 leads per week, and when 0-1 would come in per week, they would always ask for fresh pictures that would better fit my Denver market. They don't understand how to run ads, the very small amount of data I received from them were all wrong numbers. RUN very fast when they call phishing for your business. Also, notice all these 5 star reviews are just getting started and no information on lead quality, etc. They are all, most likely, employees or friends and family of the compay

We are sorry that this customer did not have the best experience with us. However, he has only resorted to filing this complaint after disputing the charge with his credit card company and they agreed with us that we provided the contractually agreed upon services. We do offer 8-12 leads per month as stated on our site but do not offer weekly. We do ask for photos of our agent's market so we can best target buyers and sellers in their area, this helps lead flow.
