We're sorry that's been your experience. Every lead in your account was generated through direct engagement with the marketing we ran for your specified account. There are real steps to work through this, and we'd like to do that with you. Please contact our support team, and we'll dig into the specifics.

It is important to clarify that leads are only generated after a consumer fully engages with the marketing campaign. Since your campaign was recently reactivated through a courtesy extension, it can take time for the marketing to regain momentum; however, your account has already generated new leads and appears to be on track with the lead flow targets previously discussed. Our goal remains to continue optimizing the campaign and generating legitimate engaged leads through the marketing process.

Thank you, Jamilla. "No fluff, just real, actionable information" is exactly the bar we set for the onboarding, and hearing that landed means a lot. Glad you're feeling fully prepared to hit the ground running. We're here every step of the way.

Thanks for the candid take, Bill. Skeptical then impressed is one of our favorite kinds of reviews to read, because it usually comes from agents who've seen everything. Excited to watch you put the program to work, and "never too experienced" is exactly the right mindset.

Thanks, William. The scripts are one of the most-requested pieces, and agents tell us they're the difference-maker on first calls. Glad they're landing for you.

Thank you for your feedback. During your time on our platform, our ISA team successfully scheduled multiple appointments with leads who clearly communicated their real estate needs. We do not scrub or pull data — every lead is generated through direct engagement with the marketing campaign we ran for your account. Our system does require agents to actively work and update leads to ensure contacts are being properly nurtured. We have attempted to advise that your account still qualifies for a refund through closing, and given the portion of time the platform went unused, we have also offered additional compensation to put you in the best position possible. If you'd like to explore that, please reach out to our team directly.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The conditions outlined in our addendum are actually very few, and they exist because the strategies within them have proven successful — agents who have implemented them have gone on to achieve closings. These conditions are in place to set every client up for the best possible outcome. As for the training feedback, we're sorry to hear that was your experience, as many agents find the content to be extremely valuable and have leveraged it with great success. We wish you all the best.
