I paid 3k and got 1 lead!!! I got my first lead and called it right away but the system said I did not complete the setup process so I never received another lead… EVER! I called and emailed the company but it was not corrected. There was an issue with setting something up. I was charged an additional $89 a month also, for what I don’t even know. I had hoped this company would be different then all the others, but for me, it was not. What a waste of my money! Very disappointed and would not recommend this company at all!

The website is very easy to use and extremely user-friendly. I appreciate how simple it is to browse through listings and quickly find the type of home I’m interested in. One of my favorite features is being able to explore the surrounding area and nearby amenities. This really helps when comparing neighbourhoods and deciding whether a location fits my lifestyle. The photos for the houses are also high quality and very detailed. They provide a clear sense of each property, which saves time and eliminates much of the guesswork that typically comes with online home searching. Overall, the platform feels well-organized, informative, and very helpful for anyone looking to explore housing options. However, I did notice one issue. When I tried to get pre-approved for a home, I went through the process of answering several questions only to receive a message at the end saying, "We’re sorry, we are unable to receive mortgage inquiries for properties in the state of New York through this site at this time." It would have been more convenient if this message had appeared before starting the questionnaire, rather than after completing it. This small improvement would save users time and prevent unnecessary steps. Aside from that, my overall experience with the website has been positive, and I think it’s a great platform for browsing and researching homes.

Housejet continues to bill me $1,750 without providing any leads. In over 4 months they have sent me 6 leads that are all nonworking numbers

For the love of God, DO NOT hire this company. The sell this as a pay per close but IT IS NOT they make you pay an initial fee of around $2500 depending on the level you sign up. READ THE SMALL LETTERS THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THE LEADS TO YOU RIGHT AWAY and THEY HAVE UP TO 12 months to comply and YOU CANNOT GET YOUR M9NEY BACK.

First off these reviews from Trustpilot are very misleading. Their platform may work for searching for homes like Zillow, but if your using Housejet as an agent for leads, if ZERO stars are allowed that's what they would receive. They would receive the same feedback as you can see when you go into the reviews themselves. This company is a SCAM. They promise you qualified leads and the leads are absolute TRASH. The emails are wrong, the phone numbers are disconnected. They promise you in the sales dept a FULL REFUND if no deals are closed. What they don't explain to you which is misleading as FRAUD is the addendum they have in their paperwork to allow them to make up any excuse not the refund your money. Now as your reading this review I'm sure someone from Housejet will respond apologizing for this and that they are working to get you a refund, that is a complete lie. They will reference inactivity in your account to get out of having to pay the refund or any other BULLSH&T reason to avoid having to refund your money. It's a COMPLETE SCAM!!!!The leads are not viable leads which is going to make you either forget about the leads all together or you will give up. This is when they have you. There addendum kicks in and they will reference inactivity for the reason why they will deny your refund. Overall their sales team and service team have a serious disconnect. When I called to process my refund the service representative told me that the sales team shouldn't be saying what they had told me when it came to the refund. I spent $3,000 for non qualified leads, closed ZERO business and literally not one lead went from a cold lead to even semi warm. The leads are terrible and any agent looking to spend their money to grow their business, should just take it and burn it in the backyard vs. giving Housejet your hard earned money or business. STAY AWAY!!! I REPEAT THIS IS A SCAM
