Do not use Housecall Pro if you are a business. If a customer disputes a charge, even with signature, proof and photos, you will lose your money even though they signed and you have proof.

There is no place on the schedule for appointments that can be done anytime throughout the day. We are forced to put them in the hours we don’t work. Much much more annoying than this is the fact that you don’t have the ability to have multiple email addresses for a customer. I’m quite positive that your own company has quotes for services go to one person and invoices to another. We are forced to choose which one to put as the default and hope our employees remember to copy and paste to another email if applicable.

Took awhile for my customers to import - had issues with out of state phone numbers. All is well and working great.

We highly recommend Housecall pro! From the very first rep, Lauren, the data transfer expert, Steve and the onboarding expert Colby, we never had one single problem. Easy data transfer, every question answered. HCP is a more simplified, comprehensive program than our previous company's system. Strongly recommend!
