As easy as it is to navigate most times. At least a third of the time we experience glitching, frozen screens where we are unable to take payment. But the main reason for the lie review is the fact that this system should be linking to our social media as well as QuickBooks in order to receive our customer reviews on all platforms and keep track of our daily/weekly/monthly numbers but has never done so which means our customers but more importantly potential new customers are not able to see any of these reviews our current customers are leaving on Housecall unless they physically go into Yelp/fb/IG/etc themselves.

Great product. Just needs a few more items to streamline some processes. In my case, the service plan component needs to be more flexible or an app is needed to allow monthly payments that do not require an actual visit or appointment.
