I think there's room for improvement. Wish I didn't have to knock a star but I have a big issue. I love the fact that housecall pro gets me lots of reviews from my customers. But reviews on houscall are not seen by 95% of my potential customers. There needs to be a way to get all of the reviews onto Google, not just the gmail reveiws. A couple other minor things I would change but overall I'm very satisfied with Housecall Pro. I just really feel that the reviews given by most of my customers are pointless because they aren't seen on Google, which is where I get 95% of my business. That really is the only reason for knocking a star. Housecall has made my scheduling, invoicing and credit card processing so easy. I'm sure I'll stick with them for many years to come.

Good program Made my company way more organized

House call pro has reduced time on the paperwork side of things, streamlined communication with customers, scheduling, time tracking and the integration with quick books is great for my accountant. Constant updates to make the platform work better, great support and easy credit card processing.

HCP has been a real game changer for my business. The support team is extraordinary and the app is so easy to use. I highly recommend using this product.

My customers are awed by my new system(Housecall Pro). I definitely like the ease of use and how it generates a steady flow of reviews. The professional presentation practically helps sell my service before I arrive. For that, I easily give 5 stars. Personally, rater than chat support, I would love to be able to speak to a live person for quick answers. However, I have been able to live with that. Great job guys!!!

There are a lot of glitches in the program that cause me grief. Some of the issues: Information changing itself and then notifying customers of inaccurate scheduling, info being erased if you click certain buttons too soon, inability to account for rugs picked up and not billed for until job is complete, inability to discount specific line items and not a total bill, money due that doesn't show up in the right places to notify us... overall the design of the program works well enough, but there are so many little idiosyncrasies to work around, it gets frustrating often.

Housecall has allowed me to scale our operations significantly.

We just opened our HVAC business and began using Housecall Pro. It has been user friendly and easy to learn. This program has really made a difference with our new customers. Everything looks very professional.
