Great software for small business. Just needs inventory management, then it would be 5 stars.

The app is ok but some what limited.. I can create and sand invoices as well as photos and notes for the job and send the customer and email with it. But I can't do many other things like send multiple recipient emails to the same invoice (CC someone). If there is no internet service or Wi-Fi connection the app does not have an offline version therefore you have no way of viewing or making any invoices or get any customer information or receive any type of payment besides cash, The tech support is good but it's only through chat and there is no way of getting a hold of anybody over the phone, When you send an email receipt to your customer it actually sent out from house call pro and not from my email so the customer doesn't really know that I actually send him the email and he thinks it's spam and actually most times it does go into spam and most customers complain that they didn't receive the email unless I tell them to look for it in the spam and that it was sent from house call pro, When the system text the customer from the system generated number it doesn't use my number so when the customer text back I do not receive any notification and the only way for me to know that I received the text from the customer is to open the app and look at the messages and many times in my business which is a locksmith time is it essence and if I don't respond right away I lose the job so by the time I see the message is often too late .. I don't know why they can't make it beep or ring when somebody sends a text through their system?. There is quite a few more ticks and twigs that needs to be done but overall it's simple and it's basic I wish it was a little more elaborate and friendly user.

I do enjoy using the app for my business but I have a pest control business with reoccurring customers and I use my phone for billing and setting appointments I wish that I could also set the reoccurring services either weekly bi-weekly monthly by monthly or quarterly even yearly on thermite renewals

This is a great concept with everything that’s needed to run a small business. The fact that when I go in and out of service I am unable to use this service. I will start a job in service but when time to collect and out of service I can’t bring up the invoice to tell the client how much they owe unless I can hook to WiFi, not always available. Same with my price list, instructions, gate codes, anything… all unavailable without service. Needs a memory program to hold info without service.

Their platform is amazing.
