This is a fantastic site for rental owners and renters to get together without the fees that are charged by big companies. I've been so very pleased with the results and highly recommend it.

I've used Houfy to facilitate the rental of a cabin we own for that purpose. It is a great platform with an easy to use interface. It offers more control to the host than the other major brand platforms. It offers savings to the guests as the major rental/bookings platforms charge bigly fees. Houfy does not.

Houfy has been the perfect tool for my wife and I. We have 8 rentals and I am able to build a direct booking website for less than $100 with all the bells and whistles of the Big Platforms. Thank you Houfy for helping us gain control of our Direct Booking Website !

Houfy is AWESOME! I am a host on the website and I appreciate how user-friendly it is, the great customer service, the options provided on the website, and the ability to list without fees for both hosts & guests. I can hardly wait to use it myself as a traveler. I love the ability to book directly with hosts and skip the middleman. Houfy is growing and I'm excited to watch it.

I am grateful Houfy appeared as a platform, just in time to give us our power back over our properties as owners. We are free to communicate with our guests again directly, and are free to handle all moneys without middle man interference. We appreciate our guests, who can book with us directly, and are happy to save on unnecessary (and rising) third party "booking service fees". The site's "SayYesToHoufy" Facebook page offers help and its friendly members and Houfy-site owner/CEO answer all questions within hours. Looking forward to the day HOUFY is a household name!

Importing all my pictures and descriptions to Houfy from the paid platforms took only moments. Travelers can search for homes and book online, or connect directly to the host for questions first. Actual phone numbers and email addresses are provided for direct communication. The customer service to hosts is amazing. Even though they are growing, and have passed 50,000 listings as of now, with just a 2-person company, they answer every question and fix any glitches personally and quickly. I don't know when they sleep! Other platforms collect a commission from my payout, plus charge the guests commission (called host fee, service fee, or some other misleading term). With Houfy, the price I collect is the price paid, so my guests can save money without taking it from my pocket! Those savings are especially significant in longer stays and during peak season.

Great online marketplace to list your vacation rental home as an owner and book a vacation rental as a guest with our all the added service fees from VRBO/Airbnb. Being able to book direct with the owner and communicate freely with the guests is how vacation rentals should function. A more personable experience for both the guest and the owner.
