I have been trying to contact someone to seek assistance with resolving a problem with an owner of a property, but cannot find a phone number, a monitored email (the Contact Us email on the site is obviously unmonitored), and the USMail letter that I sent to the Colorado address was returned, Undeliverable. I would like a response and instructions on the best way to contact Houfy. Update to response from Houfy received April 8, 2022. Thank you for your response. Knowing that you do not mediate disputes is helpful. I will seek other avenues. In terms of the "fairness" of my original review, I believe that I am accurate in that there is no way to communicate with Houfy outside of this public forum, which is ridiculous. My US Mail was returned, there is no phone number to call, and I NEVER received a response from Houfy from the email that I sent via the website. I get no pleasure out of resolving private matters on public forums. If Houfy is disturbed by negative reviews, perhaps private methods of communication should be made available.

Awful! Simply awful! Tried to do 4 different bookings. All were inaccurate. Prices were wrong when owners reached out. Booking dates were overbooked. Edit: I tried four different dates with two different bookings. (Thanks for the correction Houfy 👎). Be better please.

I contacted Houfy because I want to list my properties in Costa Rica as a US expat but wasn't sure about the Square/Stripe payments since they restrict to certain countries. I was promptly answered by the Founder/CEO of Houfy who said I should be able to list with a US address. With this response I will be listing in short order!

Houfy is incredible! Why pay expensive service and booking fees to sites like Airbnb and VRBO when you can book directly with the owner? The site is extremely well designed and mirrors that of Airbnb. Highly recommend using this platform.
