HoufyReviews of houfy.com

Houfy is a free vacation property listing site which offers fully-realized direct booking of properties: houfy.com (House For You). As a property owner I appreciate a listing site which does not charge fees to owners AND travelers, encourages communication from point of inquiry, and allows owners the flexibility to use their best practices and policies to provide a satisfying experience to their guests. As a traveler I appreciate the opportunity to avoid the exorbitant fees charged by the dominant listing platforms such as airbnb, homeaway, vrbo, flipkey and bookingdotcom. And, I am pleased to communicate freely with the owner of the property to assure their property is a good fit for my needs and will fulfill my expectations. Visit Houfy and learn about a booking platform which offers truly direct booking of vacation properties . . . no gimmicks, no owner subscription fees, no traveler fees, and no prohibitions on owner and traveler communication. And, Houfy is simple to use for owners and travelers. Katama Delight of Martha's Vineyard Houfy property listing 1143

About 5 yrs. ago we quit the OTA WE had been using for yrs. The dictares and increasing encroachment for control of OUR property became unacceptable. We found Houfy and got to know and understand it's vision. Free to join and Free to all travelers and guest of ANY service or booking fees. Complete control, direct communication and a website able to provide travelers tons and tons of pics and info about your property and all the things to do and see in the area. Houfy is the future for property owners, and the help and support from members is amazing.

Houfy (House-For-You) is a great organization, with excellent leadership and intelligent design. To join Houfy means you wish to directly book your vacation lodgings, or you wish your guests to do the same. It has great momentum and an international and friendly vibe. I trust Houfy!

For owners and travellers alike, HOUFY (as in HouseForYou) is the best new market place for vacation rentals. User-friendly and free to list on for owners, fee-free for travellers to book through. As opposed to the large OTAs (online travel agencies), this platform allows me free communication with potential guest prior to booking, and does not interfere in any way with payments. Another great feature are the posts and guides through which owners can impart their unique knowledge about the location of their property.

Awesome company. I have properties listed on Houfy and couldn't be happier. There are no fees nor commission for owners. And my guests also pay no fees nor commission to book my place. Love the site and the owners are very responsive!

Houfy is a great market place to list or rent vacation rental properties. As an owner, I find their free listing model a perfect fit for listing my rental home. The ability to communicate and deal direct with guests is so much better that the large, restrictive On-line Travel Agencies. They are free to list and free to use! As a guest I love the ability to talk directly to owners BEFORE paying for a place. And the format is clear, clean, and user friendly.
