I've been on Houfy since 2017. I'd rate it 10 stars if I could. I believe I've had well over 100 bookings thus far. I do promote Houfy, but most of my business is from organic finds by my guests. Houfy is enabling my guests to have extra spending money to support our local businesses, contributing positively in the context of tourism.

I have yet to receive an honest booking from your website.. This site does nothing but allow scammers to attempt to fraudulently rent homes.. literally every single lead or booking request that I have received from you has been nothing but fraud or decline payments.. I am very hesitant to pull all of my properties and unsure about listing any future.

Houfy is a fantastic direct booking site for both owners and guests. Highly recomment

Houfy is an easy platform to use and as a host I receive the booking fees much more quickly than other STR platforms

The site is easy to use and the Facebook page provides helpful and quick customer service! It’s nice being able to offer a direct booking site with no extra fees to my guests.

Houfy is a terrific platform to host or book a vacation rental allowing you to save on booking platform services fees! We love Houfy.

Some difficulty in knowing when a guest had paid and the property was booked. I’m sure I will get better with more use of the site. I will be adding 3 more properties. I signed up for your premier plan and I’m not sure what I’m getting for that but will try to track that down. I also do most of my management on my phone so I would really appreciate an app. Inconvenient to log in every time. I plan in the future to promote and use Houfy a lot to reduce costs for us and our clients.
