Good experience

Just got my first booking on Houfy. I’m really pleased with the ability to have our own booking website. We can save money on booking site fees plus our guests can get better deals too.

I wish there was more traffic

Houfy is a great booking platform with outstanding software. Easy to use for building your own website, to advertise accommodation and to search and book accommodation. Communication between accommodation provider and guest is direct, without the intervention of Houfy. Houfy also does not charge commission on bookings. As a landlord I experience the proces from booking inquiry to confirmed reservation very smooth. Houfy sends text message and email at the same time to inform you about the inquiry and request to either accept or decline. From there it’s really easy to follow up directly with the applicant.

Very easy to communicate

Houfy is a terrific platform for holiday rental hosts and guests. Both hosts and guests benefit from booking direct by working around commissions and being able to be in control of their own experience and communications from start to finish. I use it as both a host and guest and I love it!!

I’ve been doing short stay rentals since 2014, but this is the first time that I got a booking directly through Houfy. The process was smooth and easy. Highly recommended. Note: I have used Houfy in the past for repeated booking only, those that first booked on other platforms. This is the first time someone uses Houfy directly to book with me. It went well.

Website was great and we were able to save money on fees. Win win. Will definitely use again!
