Best source I’ve found for Dixon garden hose fittings and quick couplings. All brass, no more failed plastic fittings every couple years.

Truth! Industrial grade far exceeds the consumer-grade, which is more commonly found in the chain of big box stores. I've learned that lesson the hard way too. Thanks for the review and being a repeat customer Tom!

The hose was out of stock but they were able to get it quickly and got it shipped out right away. Quality hose, good communication.

Impressed by speedy delivery and quality of service. Received our order on right time!!! I'm reaching out regarding an order I recently placed with your website. While I greatly appreciate the prompt delivery of my previous order and the excellent service provided, I am yet to receive the tracking ID for my next Order SO511439 & Invoice no.5386 I understand that delays can sometimes occur, but I've been eagerly anticipating the arrival of this order and would greatly appreciate any updates or information you can provide regarding the tracking status. I've attempted to follow up previously but have not received a response, so I thought I'd reach out once more in the hopes of resolving this matter promptly.

3 weeks after ordering (and emails objecting to the delay) they decide to ship. I sure won't use this Company again.
