We apologize that the manufacturer (Jason) discontinued the hose series you ordered, and I understand we tried to provide an alternative, which was unfortunately more expensive. TrustPilot does not reference order numbers, so I am going from a recent interaction with a customer. After research, please let us know if we can be of assistance. Hello Weiying. Some product stock is out of our control and your specialty T fitting from EZ Clip wasn't available to ship until January 4th as soon as we could complete it. This is your third order from us and the other two were shipped withing a day or two... so consider that we're doing everything we can to get parts to our customers as soon as we can. Please remember the past orders and how we care to get out parts to the customer as soon as we can. Edit- I don't think I said I was sorry... and was a little defensive. My apologies for any inconvenience. We do try to meet expectations and sounds like we let you down. This will be brought up at our weekly sales huddle. I wish you continued success in 2022 and hope you consider us for future purchases. Thank you.

Having being given the option to leave feedback means that your order was shipped 5 days ago. You are in Ontario Canada which may be why there is a longer ship time. You should have received a tracking number, which I show a truck shipment https://www.ups.com/WebTracking?loc=en_US&requester=ST&trackNums=055129244/trackdetails with an exception of Registered with clearing agency. Shipment release pending clearing agency review I see this is your second order from us, thank you, and please consider changing your rating of our company feedback based on the fact that it is a shipping issue through customs and we have done everything we could on our end to try to get you your product as quickly as possible.

Hi RockinKFarm, Your frustration is our frustration, we are trying are darndest to keep product moving through the supply chain and are hit with speed bumps in availability, shipping, and staffing at some of the manufacturers.
