Hi Jeremy, Sorry to hear you are not happy with the ducting hose. The 10" PV is polyvinyl and the only alternative is a PU for polyurethane but the characteristics for this hose is about the same for both. It is designed for leaf, grass clippings etc and the PV is considered consumer grade and the PU is commercial grade. If there's anything else we can do to help, please contact us.

I requested a special order hose…
I requested a special order hose assempbly and it took your customer service about to weeks to say no. It would have been easier to say no from the get go

I do appologize, we are getting backed up, caught up, and then backed up again... the repercussions of covid on the supply chain has had us all working twice as hard due to delays in manufacturing, shipping lead times, and raw material shortages. Please know we are trying our best and we do have someone new starting this Monday to try to help us stay ahead of the ball. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback.

You accepted the order but not all…
You accepted the order but not all items were in stock. Then weeks later you split the order and shipped what you had and then two days later you shipped the last item. Lots of extra shipping charges. :(

Sorry to disappoint, we're trying to take care of every order and every one as quickly as possible. Collet repair kits are not generally stock and the manufacturers are having difficulties in these times we're in. We appreciate your first order and for fittings/hose there should not be a delay except for shipping from Ohio to California.

I do show about a month to ship for your item... which looks to be that the manufacturer was out of stock and this wasn't something we could cross over to another manufacturer. My order didn't get shipped until I called 3 weeks later to straighten it out.
When I first ordered I didn't get any clear indication on shipping I was told that I would get that information and the cost would be added to my purchase. After about 3 weeks and I heard nothing I called back and found out that nothing had been done about shipping finally I paid about $50. for shipping and I finally received the hose that I desperately needed. If I have need for your hoses again I hope that it will work out better. Thank you JIM C.

Good product, just took about 2 1/2 weeks to receive it. Thanks for the response. I knew it wasn’t a common product, but didn’t know you’ve never seen one! Anyway, thanks for the part. I was able to work around the delivery time and didn’t affect my schedule.

Hi Greg, thank you for leaving feedback. female 1/8" pipe run x male 3/16 JIC Tee is a little teeny for hydraulics and in the 20 years of business, this is the first time we've sold this part... which is why it wasn't on the shelf. It looks like it took some time to get from the factory too, not sure if they moved from stocking warehouses or not, but it's an oddball adapter that I would agree, took some time to get. I apologize for the longer lead time. Please keep us in mind for future hydraulic needs. Thank you.

Wrong Size Coupler Received
Initially I received the wrong size quick disconnect parts. I received 1/4" npt couplers but ordered what I thought would be 1/8" npt. The error was corrected through a phone call to the parts department. I have returned the 1/4'' npt fitting. Return shipping at my expense ($8.45).

If I recommended the wrong part number when we spoke about the 5600-4-4S then I really apologize, please call in and I will issue you a check for the cost of return freight. Just ask for me at 800-426-5273. I thought we nailed the dimensions when I went back and measured the NPT size. It was nice talking to you and I'm sorry if I misunderstood on the size. I'd like to make sure you're not out because of my mistake.

Paid $70.00 for Fedex priority express…
Paid $70.00 for Fedex priority express beat cutoff time by 30 minutes and someone dropped the ball and order came in two days, cost me $2,800.00 :(
