Item not received on time. Did not followed shipping requests.

Ordered on Wednesday, March 4th, Sent on Friday the 6th via UPS ground as ordered, Delivered on the 11th with a weekend adding to shipping time. 2 days to fill and standard shipping as you ordered. Two stars doesn't quite seem warranted but I understand you were trying to time the delivery exactly to someone in the US at a hotel and things didn't work out. Sorry we didn't meet your expectations.

Problems with the initial order.
Problems with the initial order. I likely made this worse by repeatedly trying to place the order on-line. Bryan seems to have resolved all the issues in a 5 min. phons call. Note to self: If it fails the first time, call them.

The item we order were listed as in…
The item we order were listed as in stock and after we bought it I got an email that said they were of of stock and work at additional time for us to receive them. We did get them but took 3-4 additional days.

Hi Doug, Apologies, we try to have turning parts in stock and it looks as if your D ring extenders do not have enough turns to warrant on the shelf (yet). We do not have a statement on the products stating that they are in stock, although we are working on listing product quantities as soon as we figure it out. Thank you.
