ordered 2 packs of 10 20 pieces. I received just 2 pieces. Part number was for 20.

Thank you Jeff, I hope you contacted our customer service to fix the issue... I think we just filled two pieces instead of 2 bags of 10 after looking at the order... this one just slipped through the cracks and it is a mistake in order fulfillment. My apologies.

Ordered some Goodyear #16 a/c hose and fittings, the 4 fittings were in stock, the hose was not. Hose Warehouse did get the order filled in a timely manner though. If it all would've been in stock: 5 stars.

Ron, thank you for your honest reivew and we appreciate it! We're in the process of converting over from Goodridge to Aeroquip High Performance (Products online now and good stocking quantities) I wish we had suggested crossing it over but please keep us in mind for the future.

Items were in stock and shipped quickly. Other vendors had 4 to 6 week wait time for the adapters I needed

I paid extra shipping fees for two day shipping, after placing the order they informed me that they didn't have the item in stock and would let me know when it shipped, they said 5 to 7 days before it shipped. I needed the item in a hurry or I wouldn't have paid extra for the two days shipping, to make matters worse they shipped it UPS who doesn't work on Saturdays or Sundays, plus the Monday after they shipped it was a holiday so I didn't receive the item until Tuesday, over a week after I ordered it, by the way, it only traveled a few hundred miles.
