Great hose
Excellent quality.Twice as much hose for half the price my dealer wanted. Fast shipping but expensive shipping.Very Satisfied.

Hi Joyce! Thank you for the great words and we really appreciate the business :) Sorry for shipping costs, we have good negotiated rates and we pit Fedex against UPS... which keeps them as competitive as possible.

back ordered material
It would have been nice to know that the hose I was needing was out of stock and had to be back ordered at the time I placed my order

Hi Maureen, This time of year, our inventory gets wiped out a few times when it comes to leaf vacuum hose... this is a normal stock item for us and I know our guys are working hard to get products to the customers as soon as we can. Thank you for your order.

We are working with our ecommerce host to display stock and/or lead times but it is proving a daunting task. It is our goal to have that up in the near future.

Hi Neil, I show shipped 9405511899564329329026 From the tracking, USPS says 'The delivery status of your item has not been updated as of November 3, 2020, 1:10 am. We apologize that it may arrive later than expected.' Please call us at the phone number on our website during regular business hours 8-5 Eastern Time. We may need to reship but maybe fingers crossed it's delivered today or tomorrow. I might suggest since this is a feedback open to public that you not add your phone number, and edit to remove it. It is just an invitation for possible spam phone calls. Apologies for an issue with shipping that is out of our control. We will try to correct the problem as quickly as we can.
