I live in Hawaii, and shipping cost are ridiculous from UPS, and FED EX. Hose Warehouse is great because they ship US mail USPS. which is half the cost.. Great prices on all their products, everything in stock!!

Our first ever order online was back in 2002 and it was from Hawaii, all within 4 hours of going live :) Glad we can help you out! The A/C hose is something we do carry a lot in stock with... both in hose and fittings! Thank you!!

Hi Tom, Thank you for your 1st purchase from us and taking the time to give us feedback :)
Disappointed C.
Took forever to get my order.

Hi Michael, Thank you for your purchase of the Ideal clamps, I do see where it took over 30 days to get these to you. Our sincere apologies. Some of the delay was caused by the holidays and timing... the fact that we did not have this in stock, and the unfortunate shipping delays caused by a incoming, and outgoing freight due to a inundated UPS/Fedex system. If you order again from us, the delays will not be so profound... Please call our customer service in the future 800-426-5273 x2 to get accurate expectations on any future orders and we'd be glad to serve you. We hope you have a great 2021!

Good job on delivering on the order in a timely manner. One opportunity was the communication piece. at one point Hose WH informed me the order would be delayed. when i reached out it was updated to ready to ship. not sure how that happened.

Hi Chris :) Thank you for your feedback and that's a weird turn of events... sounds like we had it in stock but when they went to fill it they couldn't find it, and then the purchasing agent showed them where it was... Thank you for your purchase and your first order with us. We wish you a great 2021!
