Hi Greg, thanks for your purchase and feedback! I have no idea what a Bowes Industrial Interchange quick coupler is other than a specific QD style... but we do try to make sure our descriptions are informative and inclusive of what they are. Many thanks and we appreciate your first order from us!

Hi Matthew, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and your purchase of high performance parts. Many thanks and have a great start to the week!

I selected overnight shipping because this hose was needed ASAP for a system install. It took three days for Hose warehouse to get my order shipped, which completely defeats the purpose of paying $127 for overnight shipping. The product is solid and customer service was able to give me an update as to how long it was going to take, but if you buy from here just budget an extra couple days for your orders to arrive.

Hi Eric, we understand the need from time to time to have things next day. I will check with customer service and our tickets to see how this transpired so that it can be addressed. We are working on an updated forward facing inventory system for HoseWarehouse which should give a better understanding for stock/lead times. Our general practice is that we call the customer if a product cannot be shipped direct from the factory and if we don't have stock - no matter the method of shipping. We appreciate your business and hope to be there for you in the future.

Initially I received the wrong size quick disconnect parts. I received 1/4" npt couplers but ordered what I thought would be 1/8" npt. The error was corrected through a phone call to the parts department. I have returned the 1/4'' npt fitting. Return shipping at my expense ($8.45).

Hi John, this is Tony, we spoke on the phone. If I recommended the wrong part number when we spoke about the 5600-4-4S then I really apologize, please call in and I will issue you a check for the cost of return freight. Just ask for me at 800-426-5273. I thought we nailed the dimensions when I went back and measured the NPT size. It was nice talking to you and I'm sorry if I misunderstood on the size. I'd like to make sure you're not out because of my mistake.

Thank you Johnny! You purchased one of my favorite flat face quick disconnects on the market (and I try to take bias out of the decision) We've found that the plating and functionality exceeds most every other manufacturer. Thanks so much with trusting us on your purchase and for leaving awesome feedback. Have a great day!
