Product OK. Shipping Awful.
Product is as described. Shipping (T Force Freight) was outrageous with very poor service. I had to sign that the product was received and in good condition but I was not allowed to inspect it beforehand. Won’t order from the company again.

Hi Matt, there is some crazy stuff happening with freight at the moment and I'm not sure who T Force Freight is because we generally ship Fedex Freight or UPS freight, but maybe it was subcontracted out?!?!? You ordered from us for a specific product of Industrial Hose and Fittings, if we can provide a different carrier, I'd love to opportunity to continue our business relationship. Either way, we appreciate the order and your taking the time to leave feedback so that we are aware. I bring up negatives and positives in a weekly meeting with staff and will be sharing your experience with them. Thank you.
