Late order, service wasn’t great
It wasn’t until I threatened to cancel my order that it finally moved. About 2 weeks late. Had paid for rush shipping. Hopefully they improve their service. I understand difficult times, but making empty promises doesn’t help you. Just give realistic status updates so it can be planned for.

Hello Dan, Sorry for your inconvenience on your order. We are experiencing delays from vendors, like today, we were informed that one of our vendors is backlogged by 400 orders and an order we placed a week ago hasn't even been entered. These are difficult times and it is stressing the system as well as patience... We strive to take care of everyone properly and take your feedback to heart. Thank you for your order of the brass T spilcers and I hope your project went well once you got them.

It took over three weeks to get my part whenever I was in need of it. Also had I know that my part would travel all over the US before arriving I would’ve spent more time sourcing it out!

Hi RockinKFarm, Your frustration is our frustration, we are trying are darndest to keep product moving through the supply chain and are hit with speed bumps in availability, shipping, and staffing at some of the manufacturers. As the issues clear themselves up, future orders shouldn't be affected. We appreciate your business and wish you the best.
