Acceptable service. If we had net 30 terms approved it would be 5 stars

Sorry... we are working on a terms policy but unfortunately we've been bitten by terms and are extremely cautions. Thank you for leaving feedback.

Good quality push on fittings
Good quality push on fittings. Have used for years in tons of different applications on the job. I keep a good assortment on hand for whatever comes up in Murphy’s law’s world.

The order has been delayed 2 month
I received the response. I placed 3 orders with this company. 1st oder I asked for 2nd day delivery, it showed up 10 days. Fedex is blamed for the delay. But i order from you, not Fedex. You are responsible for deliver as promised. 2nd order on time. 3rd order 2 month delay, blame for your supplier. But if you don't have parts, why you provide wrong information? Imagine you need parts urgently, and your supplier keep delay. After 2 month, do you think the project is still there waiting?

Hello Weiying. Some product stock is out of our control and your specialty T fitting from EZ Clip wasn't available to ship until January 4th as soon as we could complete it. This is your third order from us and the other two were shipped withing a day or two... so consider that we're doing everything we can to get parts to our customers as soon as we can. Please remember the past orders and how we care to get out parts to the customer as soon as we can. Edit- I don't think I said I was sorry... and was a little defensive. My apologies for any inconvenience. We do try to meet expectations and sounds like we let you down. This will be brought up at our weekly sales huddle. I wish you continued success in 2022 and hope you consider us for future purchases. Thank you.
