Very low quality. Ordered 2 for my Submariner. The spring bars that come with it are very thin and low quality. do not trust them to hold a valuable watch. Rolex original spring bars don't fit. I bought some really cheap ones from amazon for around $20 and they're literally the exact same only Horus cost way more. Mine also showed up with blemishes in the rubber. They offered to send new straps free of charge express shipping, but wouldn't pay for return shipping just to return the defective ones. I cancelled my second order.

Excellent materials and designs, perfect measurements. I've used it in Bell & Rose, an AP Royal Oaks, a Panerai, and a Soviet military watch used in WWII. Efficient and friendly customer service. 100% recommended.

Long story short, I ordered the wrong strap for my Seamaster and not only did Horus replace the strap but they upgraded me at no cost and sent me a free strap for the confusion. Would love to see a little faster response than 24 hours but I blame management for not having enough people on staff. Either way, stellar outcome and very happy. Will buy from again. Thanks Horus!

Now that's what I call great customer service. I ordered something whose color didn't match my expectations, but they were immediately willing to help me, which isn't always the case. I believe that a well-handled complaint is worth much more than you think, and these days, it's absolutely customer-oriented.

I ordered the incorrect size and Horus customer service was outstanding! Received the correct size strap in two days and my watch looks amazing.

Let me start by saying Horus Straps are incredible. Build quality and customer service make up this company. Upon receiving a white strap for my Rolex 16570 I decided to give it a wipe down after a long day at work , shockingly the dye from the cloth seeped into the band. Immediately contacted customer support VIA email and received a response in 1 hour from a very polite customer service representative (Laura). I sent a couple photos and she immediately handled the situation and sent me a brand new strap. (I was only reaching out for information on how to properly clean/restore this band) Due to the amazing response time/customer service and the no haggling lifetime warranty I have ordered more straps. Safe to say Horus Straps are the elite priced/quality straps you can buy.
