Despatches from USA
The strap I received is lovely, if overpriced. Despatch was prompt. My reason for not giving full 5 stars is because I live in the UK and bought from what I assumed was a UK site. The price was in GBP. At no point during the transaction was it made clear despatch would be from the USA and that customs charges would be likely. There's no "delivery" dedicated web page, though, granted, if you spend time to browse the FAQs you'll find a disclaimer. I did email them to complain, but all I got was a "tough luck" reply.
