So i took the free return option and now i have to pay 20$ to send a strap i cannot install because Horus never mention the need of a conversion kit that they are not even selling....pure scam...

I made an error when measuring for my watch band, and Horus customer service accepted the exchange and resolved everything within one week.

I have bought 2 watchbands so far and they are amazing feels soo soft on the skin and they built to hold timepieces safe. Customer service is also very helpful and knowledgeable.
