Horrible customer service! They used to have great customer service. Now it's non-existent. Not sure why working from home would all of a sudden mean you have 1/10 the number of tech support people, but that's what it seems like. I waited on hold for over 2 hrs to speak to someone about a battery issue. I finally just gave up. WORST TECH SUPPORT IN THE RC HOBBY!!!!

I attempted to purchase batteries for my grandson's RC car. The information was unclear, and I chose two of the same batteries that would fit his RC. When the batteries arrived as his birthday present from his only grandmother, the plug was not compatible with his RC. We have attempted to exchange for the correct plug, but HH was not willing to make the exchange. I'm out $70 and my grandson has no birthday present from his grandmother. Thanks for nothing Horizon Hobby.

Horizon Hobby spent years building an impeccable reputation for amazing customer service and tech support. They WERE the tip top. But now, as a result of a massively misguided response to COVID-19, they've pretty much destroyed their position in the marketplace. Sales folks do not answer the phone (I just waited an hour on hold and gave up); they do not even return phone calls or reply to emails (I've been waiting a week for a reply). Tech support has all but disappeared, as has customer service. This is SO SAD. How could their executives destroy their business in this manner?

Sender ix 12 Habe viel bei Staufenbiel gekauft. War immer super. Das ist nach der Ūbernahme wohl ganz anders geworden.Habe die ix 12 gekauft,die dritte Anlage von euch.soviel Abstürze ,ewiges warten bei Modell Wechsel. Dann geht Sie nicht an,dann nicht aus .Es war mit Sicherheit das letzte was ich gekauft habe.Einfach nur entäuscht. Viedios meist in Englisch, wir sind hier in Deutschland. Wonderful customer service!! I emailed horizon Hobby about a problem that I had with my new kraton 6s, and less than 1 hour later they responded and shipped me a new part! Very fast and very professional customer service. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Horrible service placed order for the arrma limitless it was in stock when ordered but somehow it never went through now it's on backorder. Ask for a gift certificate they told me no I well be shopping else where!!!

These people are the worst. I waited on hold 3hrs42 min till my phone battery went dead. Followed with four emails. Finally I got somebody in sales who put me on to a “support” person who knew less than I do and I’m a newby Finally he told me to write a warranty complaint. That was over a week ago. NOTHING. I spent 500 bucks and can’t use my stuff.

Bought a recent Blade helicopter (70S) for $68 Low quality stuff. Battery lasts 2 minutes Asked to return item next day after a single day use--> no return policy. Can you imagine? The battery was defective and lasted only 2 mins Submitted multiple emails asking to replace battery if they will not accept return--> no response to my emails Poor customer service. Should have bought this at Amazon - at least I would get a refund. Never shopping here again
