After seeing Brian Phillips awesome Youtube airplane reviews, I decided to drop a ton of money on a setup. I used the links he provided to help him out but Horizon was sold out a few items to make it happen. So, I wanted to contact them. They don't. I tried to email them but their eCapcha verification was down. So now I can't call, email or chat. No service at all. It seems I may have to spend my money elsewhere.

Been flying 15 years never had a problem customer service ... THEY STAND BEHIND what the sale

In der Kontaktmail ist nur eine beschränkte Zeichenanzahl möglich. Ersatzeile glänzen in der Rege mit "0ut 0f Stock". also nicht da.Wartezeiten von mehreren Wochen und sogar Monate sind keine Seltenheit. Erbetene tel. Rückrufe=Fehlanzeige. Obwohl Ersatzteile in den USA vorhanden sind, werden diese nicht besorgt. Hamburg schreibt:Diesen Service bieten wir nicht an. HorizonHobb USA schreibt: Keine Akzeptanz von Kreditkarten aus Europa. Nun, ich mußte trotzdem Ersatzteile haben, da länger nicht bestellt, Passwort vergessen. Auf den Link zum Zurücksetzen des Passwortes warte ich bis heute. Also nichts mit Hobby und Ersatzteilen. Flugzeug wegschmeißen? also, ich kann nur empfehlen: Hände weg von diesem Laden.

I bought a RealFlight RF9.5 Simulator from Horizon and although I did get the product, the software link to download the app did not work and I did not get a CD to actually use the product. I tried a couple of times over a few weeks to see if the link was active and no good. The tech email I sent to Horizon just gave me the same link, which I tried from different PCs. Overall a junkie company, selling junk.

do not buy from here they claim that reserve the right to take money from people they do not they are very rude disrespectful company that treats customers like crap do not buy here at all they can not randomly take money from a customer with out them knowing

This is the most trustworthy place to buy online when shopping for RC! Iv purchased from horizon hobby and tower hobbies many many times and never have had an issue. Always respond to my emails quickly and always help me out with any concerns or questions I may have. I recommend horizon hobby and tower hobbies 100%

Awful products and customer service. I bought the Arram Big Rock and immediately had issues with the receiver and transmitter staying connected. Well, its been 1 month later and 7 emails written with zero response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Just took my newly purchase cub s2 out of box and no power! Battery fires up my old , demolished cub just fine. Is there an easy possible fix? I've spent alot of cash at this store I expect to get this tiny flaw resolved and I'd give 5 star!
