I contacted them with the issue, and all I had to give them was a few details, and they sent me a new part to fix it without payment or any extra back and forth. Best costomer support.

Really bad customer support. Not good like futaba you call them. You can talk to a person right away. You cannot call horizon hobby. They will not to return your emails and it is hard to discuss the things you are doing and it takes so long. Emailing back and forth much faster with talking to somebody.

bought battery and charger bundle and the battery will not charge or fit in the car horizon will not warranty to replace battery

Customer can service can take a week or longer to get back to you. Their Arrma 2yr warranty is only if you dont use the product. I've had a senton for less than 30 days used it 3 times and all 3 times I bring it home to clean it and find something broken. I've broken 2 front bumper supports, lower rear swing arm, servo stripped, and esc motor mounts broke off. So I understand breaking due to neglect but not to use as intended and even stated. Don't just bash blast. As a beginner yes there are going to be some driving errors causing damage but I feel as though if you didn't purchase it from horizon hobbies themselves they have no interest in helping with anything. So only thing under warranty is ESC and it's been about a week and haven't heard or seen anything saying its been shipped. Horrible customer service and communication. I'm being generous with a 2 star.

Don't order from this company if you live out of the US. I live in Canada and you will receive an invoice from fed ex for clearance fees, disbursement fees plus duty fee ( this one understandable) your $200 rc plane will cost you more realistically close to $400. Horizon authirizes the product to be released at the border and has you the consumer charged for everything. You can't even send this product back cause they won't authorize it to be returned. Absolutely a shady business

They don't Support small hobby shops you can not even talk to someone on phone

I sent the 5 broken up ar631 recievers for repairs and they sent me back 5 brand new Ar631 recievers and only charged be 40 dollars do the math 500 dollars worth of recievers for 40 dollars

I tell you what I was mistreated by amain hobbies and I believe it is because I have a mental disorder I believe they treat the mentally handicap completely different than they would the normal a customer I just got done dealing with the gentleman named Christopher for horizon hobby and the customer service department over here at horizon hobbies is hands down the i have come across in the hobby industry the man took an hour and a 1/2 out of his day to talk to me I've got a lot of brain problems and I'm not the best person to talk to but today he talked to me he made everything right that amain wouldn't! I was ready to give up on my helicopter hobby and I got 21 helicopters probably 20 grand worth of them But because of a Is Christopher at horizon hobby patience I have the spark again thank you Chris A+ perfect customer service and if you're having a bad experience just give them a minute they are busy busy people the wait is well worth it to have great experience.
