I contacted them about a replacement pinion and spur gear 8 business days ago and still haven't heard anything from them even if they are short on staff I should have been notified.

I would give zero stars but it wont let me! Absolutely the worst customer service I ever dealt with waiting almost a month now for a body they have in stock they don't answer the emails it's horrible never again will I ever buy from Horizon hobby

The wort costumer service in my life! 400 dollar plane had a malfunction and crashed but they dont care. Fms is way better

Company lacks customer service. I don’t want to be stuck talking to an ai I would like to make an actual phone call. i ordered two things and only one showed up and when i went to cancel it they said that i had to wait for it to show up.

Horizon hobby is the absolute worst company I have eve dealt with and still dealing with there crap even now. I will no longer deal with them again in any future. Ordered a vendetta In stock during sale on July 17th and it's been cancelled, came back in stock 2 weeks later placed an order again then waited and a week later discontinued then my order got cancelled a few days after. After dealing with customer service on Facebook with about 60+ messages back and forth for 2 weeks or so and a month wait for nothing. They gave me 200 credit towards a different car so I used the 200 credit and got a infraction 3s. I'm now 4 days in and nothing. Item has not shipped or anything. No emails and here I am once again with customer service who says you should have it by Monday which today is Saturday and the car still has not shipped even tho it is in stock. This company is a disaster. It's August 19th and I first placed an order on July 17th so I'm over a month with no car and alot of frustration. I will never order from any site that has anything to do with Horizon hobby ever again. I should of just stuck with Amazon where I've gotten every single RC and next day delivery.

This company has gone down drastically with customer service. I highly recommend going anywhere but horizon hobby. They won't answer their emails and now they won't even answer their 800 number. Products are delayed with no reason. Shipped incomplete. With no way to contact the human being. There's a lot more companies out there willing to work with real people, horizon hobby has lost all personal service now you have to pay extra for it!!! Completely ridiculous it's all about making money making money screw the customers.

Same as other's. Order placed, charged and shipped. Now 35 day's later, no item and no customer service. Was told item was shipped USPS and could take 30 day's and was shipped with no tracking number. I have never item shipped from Ontario, CA or Illinois take 35 days to arrive. Will be starting a Small claims suit on Monday.

Zero customer service! Company is a joke! Do not buy any products from them!
