Waiting on the Vendetta that I ordered 2 weeks ago... Order date said in stock , then a week later it was changed to discontinued, this last week they changed it to back order...terrible customer service and borderline on calling my attorney ,we are not screwing around with these crooks. Highly illegal what they are doing. Worst part is I recommended them to my son-in-law before they started screwing people and they screwed him on 2 r/c cars ... I'm not wanting much longer before I take action.

Some of the WORST customer service and communication I have ever experienced. What happened to this company? Placed an order a month ago. Item not listed as backordered when I placed it. No communication on this and no idea when or if it will ship yet they charged me for it and REFUSE to refund my money. No number to call. The online customer service agents are arrogant. They keep telling me they will send me an email or put me in touch with their supervisor with no follow though. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They used to be great - not sure what happened.

Unmöglicher Sauladen ist das hier war sicherlich meine letzte Bestellung hier!!! GLS findet Adresse nicht alle anderen Paketdienste schon Kundendienst will nich antworten auf schriftliche Anfrage telefonisch erreicht man niemanden schade das man keine minus Sterne vergeben kann

Ordered on 7/28. Order still shows awaiting shipping. Customer service is awful, can't speak to a person to get any reassurance. Chat say it will go out, eventually. I will never order anything again from this company. It is a $450 order and I am trying to decide if I need to call my bank or not, can't cancel the order through Horizon.

1. Shipping failed to include complete delivery address with Fedex. 2. Items show "In Stock" when ordering but "Backordered" after order was placed. 3. "In Stock" item still has not shipped after placing the order 6 days ago. 4. Customer service by phone is non-existent.

Crappy company… product shows in stock, no easy way to track order, CS says it’s backordered!!! No eta
