Ok ordered the vendetta a couple months ago and waited a month to receive it. So I gave them another chance I ordered 2 of the new gorgon monster trucks that they were both in stock when I ordered them but once the order was complete it went instantly to backorder. So I tried customer service forger it. I would get more answers by talking to a wall. So I tried to cancel the order they don't want to give you credit to do that either. This is the last time I EVER order from here. Since they have been doing this upgrade to their system it has totally went to S@@IT. It a real shame you can't take care of your customers

Schlechtester Online-Shop aller Zeiten!!! Schlechter Service dazu! Man fragt nach Artikel die nicht lagernd sind, bekommt die Info, man solle im Oktober nochmals nachfragen. Habe ich gemacht, dann kam die Antwort, man hätte welche auf Lager gehabt, aber diese gleiche wieder verkauft. Jetzt solle ich auf November warten und vorbestellen... Nach der zweiten Mail kam keine Antwort mehr!! Nie wieder!!!

For the love of God do not order anything from this company. I ordered a product and authorized a specific credit card for purchase. They charged a different card that was not authorized and it happened to be my sons debit card, my receipt clearly shows the correct card that was authorized so not sure how this could have happened. My son doesn't have much money in his account and it almost over drafted his account. But the real issue is when I tried to resolve the issue, good luck getting someone to help and not just a run around. Been waiting over three days so far and still nothing.

They have billed my credit card 2x for a purchase from 3 months ago that I paid for on my credit card! When I live chatted with them (can't reach them by phone) they admitted they are having accounting problems!

The part I ordered was on back order. 10 days later it was in stock. I ordered in June. It is October and it is just now being shipped to me. The Summer is over and I have no need for the part any longer.
